We also provide Marine Claims Advisory to the leading insurance markets of S.E. Asia, Japan, London, Scandinavia and Australasia.
MCO is headquartered in Singapore and we have Branch Offices in Jakarta, Perth and Kuala Lumpur. We offer the market the largest team of Average Adjusters in South East Asia.
We have market leading associates in Jakarta, London, New Zealand, and Japan as well as a correspondent in Mumbai to supplement our team based in S.E. Asia.

Singapore
MCO’s offices are in Cecil Street, in Singapore’s CBD. The company is operated by Chris Kilbee, FAAA (1987) who has been associated with Singapore/SE Asia since 1977 and William Pang, Director, who joined in 2008. Apart from handling mainly Singapore business, he is in charge of our offices in Jakarta, founded in 2011, and Kuala Lumpur (2004). In further support, we have Senior Consultant Syed Marican, who primarily handles Malaysian and Thai business, and Ching Weng Thim AAA (Assoc), James Kilbee AAA (Assoc), together with Nadeem and Azhar.
